Human Resource Management System

The HRMS is abbreviation for Human Resource Management System. The e-HRMS is accessible to all employees of organization based on user’s rights and designation, which is controlled by the administrator account. It is a system that lets you keep track of all the information of your employees and information about them. It is system, which allows data entry, data tracking and data information needs of Human Resources, Payroll Management, Leave management and accounting functions within company.

The system will allow the HR department in streamlining employee academic personnel, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, transfer and other employee beneficial activities. The e-HRMS system will aim to archive timely management information to support strategic planning
